RBT Bilingüe (Español/Inglés) – Elgin, TX

Olive Branch ABA está buscando un Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) bilingüe en español e inglés para brindar servicios ABA individualizados en Elgin, Texas.

Nuestro equipo trabaja con niños y adolescentes con autismo, ayudándolos a desarrollar habilidades de comunicación, sociales, conductuales y de la vida diaria.

Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar terapia ABA individualizada.

  • Implementar planes de tratamiento desarrollados por un BCBA.

  • Recopilar datos durante las sesiones.

  • Enseñar habilidades funcionales y de comunicación.

  • Implementar estrategias de intervención conductual.

  • Colaborar con BCBAs y familias.

  • Completar documentación de manera precisa y profesional.

Requisitos:

  • Certificación RBT activa y vigente.

  • Español e inglés fluidos.

  • Experiencia con niños o individuos con autismo preferida.

  • Transporte confiable.

  • Licencia de conducir válida de Texas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

  • Paciencia, empatía y profesionalismo.
