New Wave Automotive is a family-owned auto dealer and we are now seeking a Bilingual Service and Parts Advisor with strong Auto Parts knowledge for our Recon Shop in Denver, CO!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule Customer Appointments and gather details about the Vehicle Concerns/Issues

• Source parts for the shop’s reconditioning needs; finding the right parts at the best prices

• Create shop work orders for the repairs

• Complete paperwork and posting parts to the correct vehicle’s paperwork for tracking/accounting purposes

• Verify warranty details on customer vehicles, informing them of what is and is not covered by warranty

• Serve as main point of contact between customers and service department

• Provide customers timely updates on their vehicle repairs 

• Provide direction for vehicle detailing and inspection

• In every step following company policies and procedures to ensure that company standards are met

What We Seek:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL (FLUENT in SPANISH & ENGLISH - Verbal & Written)

• STRONG Knowledge of AUTOMOTIVE PARTS 

• STRONG Customer Service skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work and multi-task in fast-paced environment

• Auto Mechanic/Tech knowledge/background is a PLUS but NOT Required

• Recon Shop experience or knowledge of the reconditioning process is a PLUS

• Proficient in managing paperwork, repair orders, and ticketing systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal/people skills

• High attention to detail, commitment to quality assurance

• Tekmetric and Dealer Cloud software knowledge/experience is a plus
