Job description

Nation Security is seeking a professional, dependable Bilingual Security Site Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily security operations at our client location in Kendall, FL.

In this role, you will play a critical leadership role in protecting personnel, property, and assets while managing on-site security officers and maintaining strong client relations. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Supervise daily on-site security personnel, enforce company policies, and ensure strict compliance with post orders.

  • Site Protection amp; Patrols: Oversee routine facility patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect access points, and control entry/exit procedures.

  • Incident Management: Serve as the main point of contact for emergency responses, investigate suspicious activity, and resolve security incidents professionally.

  • Reporting amp; Administration: Prepare and review accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and equipment maintenance requests using digital reporting software.

  • Client amp; Public Relations: Act as a key liaison between management, client representatives, and site visitors, balancing strict security protocols with high-quality customer service.

  • Equipment Oversight: Conduct basic inspection, preventive maintenance, and status reporting for all security equipment on site.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Licensing: Active Florida Class D Security License (Required).

  • Language: Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).

  • Location amp; Transport: Local to or easily commuting to Kendall, FL, with a valid Florida Driverโ€™s License and reliable transportation.

  • Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or military operations.

  • Technical Skills: Computer literate and proficient with smartphones for digital logging, timekeeping, and reporting apps.

  • Availability: Open schedule flexibility, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
