Job description

Join our dynamic team as a P&C Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional insurance solutions and outstanding customer service. Duties

  • Conduct retail sales consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including property, casualty, health, and commercial coverage.
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs and company standards.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing quotes, policy applications, renewals, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
  • Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data, risk factors, and market trends to develop customized insurance solutions.
  • Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus).
  • Stay informed about insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maintain high service standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive client relationships.
