  • Full Time Fully Remote State-Licensed Mental Health Therapists needed in:

  • Flexible Scheduling and No On-Call
  • 32 or 40 Hours a Week
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Pay-Per Session - High-Earning Potential Up to $90,000 Per Year

JOB SUMMARY
As a Mental Health Therapist at our client, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes, therapy sessions, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. Mental Health Therapist must be licensed in the state of Washington or New York or Massachusetts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
  • Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
  • Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
  • Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Requirements
  • Must be an LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in NY, WA or MA.
  • Master's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT)
  • Evidence-Based Practice
  • Telehealth Experience
  • Outpatient Experience
  • Experience with Individual, Family and Group Therapy
  • Experience with Families, Adolescents and Adults
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
