Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading company known for its focus on customer engagement and sales growth to hire a Contact Center Sales and Service Advocate.
This onsite opportunity is perfect for a motivated, sales-driven communicator who loves building relationships over the phone and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. If you're customer-focused, competitive, and eager to grow your earnings through commission, this could be your next career move.
Key Details
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
  • Compensation: $17.25-$18.25/hr, plus commission eligibility (Bilingual Spanish speakers: $19-$20/hr)

  • Location: Naperville, IL
  • Work Model: Onsite, Monday-Friday
  • Interview Process: One interview with LaSalle Network, followed by one onsite interview with the client
  • Target Start Date: September 14

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and resolve service requests efficiently
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and solutions to drive revenue and meet sales goals
  • Deliver accurate information and a positive experience on every call
  • Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the confidence to overcome objections
  • Able to work onsite in Naperville, IL, Monday through Friday
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tools
  • Prior inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
