Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our mental health clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with scheduling, answer phone calls, and help create a welcoming environment. No prior experience is requiredโ€”we will provide training.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.

Check patients in and out and assist with required paperwork.

Collect copays and maintain accurate patient information.

Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the clinical team.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
