  • Serve as an on-camera personality representing the station across broadcast, digital platforms, community events, remote broadcasts, concerts, and promotional activations.
  • Cover local events, artists, entertainment, and cultural moments by creating timely, platform-specific content that drives audience engagement.
  • Write scripts, copy, interview questions, captions, voice-overs, promotional assets, sponsorship integrations, and other creative content supporting station initiatives.
  • Monitor social trends, audience insights, and performance analytics to identify content opportunities and optimize audience growth.
  • Collaborate with Programming, Promotions, Digital, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to execute integrated content strategies and station campaigns.
  • Operate production equipment and content creation tools while maintaining compliance with FCC regulations, company policies, and broadcast standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

YOU HAVE:

  • Experience as an on-air personality, digital content creator, influencer, or multimedia storyteller.
