Job description

Assembly/Warehouse Worker Hot Water Machine Assembler/Bilingual Preferred This position requires the ability to read pick lists, drawings, and work instruction and be able to assemble complete machine using common hand tools and pneumatic tools. Must also, understand detailed electrical wiring diagrams for final machine assembly. Need to have a basic understanding of mechanics.

Candidate must be willing to gain understanding of machine operation and functional controls. Must be able to manually control machine functions and check the functionality of all related electrical assemblies. Must understand hand tools, air wrenches also, multimeter, wire stripping and crimping procedures.

Other duties will include the assembly of mechanical components utilizing sub-assemblies by following assembly drawings, work instructions, and other written and verbal specifications. Duties/Responsibilities: Ability to read and understand job aids, work instructions, engineering drawings Cleans and maintains work area according to 5S program every day. Utilizes pneumatic and hand tools to assist with building product Responsible for quality of product produced in his/her work area Material handling duties, as required kitting product and transporting materials Performs final assembly and testing of product against required specifications Keeps their supervisor apprised of issues related to daily performance Maintains discipline and a safe working environment Must be able to work overtime as required Must be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of production Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.

Must possess the ability to use hand tools and power tools. Must maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Electrical Assembly: 1 year Mechanical and/or Electrical: 1 year Language Ability: Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. $16.00/hr Mon-Thurs-6:00am-4:30pm. There is a chance of OT hours as well that could be on a Friday and Saturday(times will be announced day in advance).
