Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with bike rentals, ensuring proper fit and safety.
  • Operate cash registers, handle payments, and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain inventory and organize the shop for an inviting guest experience.
  • Promote additional hotel amenities, dining, and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure the shop is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Help with opening/closing duties and participate in team meetings.
  • Monitor and report unsafe conditions or inventory needs.

Qualifications
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills (7th/8th grade level).
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
