Description

This position is responsible for the delivery and pick up of bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other rental items to properties all over Hilton Head Island.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • You will help live out our company's Noble Purpose by ensuring that customers have a positive experience at Hilton Head Outfitters.
  • When interacting with each guest, leave them with a "WOW" story to tell about their experience.
  • Share customer impact stories with your team in meetings and with management.
  • Use company vehicles to pick up and deliver bikes, beach chairs, and other rental items.
  • Assist with the set up and break down of bike shop at the beginning and end of the day.
  • Assist guests with questions about our rentals.
  • Keep bike shop and surrounding areas clean of trash and other unsightly items.
  • Keep any tools in bike shop and surrounding areas tidy and in working conditions.
  • Check bike and other rentals that are returned for safety issues.
  • Inform guests of bike safety for Hilton Head Island.
  • Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Remains alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests at all times.
  • Complete all scheduled work in a timely fashion.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Managers.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the bike lot.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license with 3 years of driving history along with a clean driving record
  • Must be available on Weekends and Holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • No experience necessary - we will train on everything you need to know
  • Desire to learn about bikes and maintain bikes
  • Able to work in a fun, drama free environment
