Job description

Job Purpose: To professionally handle customer orders for the company while creating a friendly and competent image. To assist the General Manager/Assistant Manager/ PIC in tasks as assigned.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(but not limited to)

  1. Creating a fun, positive and energetic vibe
  2. Deliver orders to offsite customers via your own bicycle
  3. Work as an Inshop (refer to inshop job description for more information) when there are no deliveries
  4. Execute our world class sandwiches. wraps, etc.
  5. Ensuring order accuracy
  6. Delivering on the most efficient routes
  7. Taking customer orders via in person and by phone
  8. Running a register while handling money or other forms of payment
  9. Providing excellent customer service via in person and by phone
  10. Cleaning of the kitchen, restrooms, parking lot(s) and lobby
  11. Assisting with food preparation (slicing, labeling, weighing, bagging, etc.)

SKILLS, ABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to)

  1. Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.

JOB SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age
  2. Valid to work in the US
  3. Have 2 forms of Identification per federal i-9 form
  4. Provide your own bicycle to deliver with (No motorized items allowed - scooters, e-bikes, etc.)
  5. Ride safe and obey the laws of the road, using the bike lanes and roadways

BIKE DELIVERY RIDERS ARE PAID AN HOURLY WAGE AS WELL AS TIPS/DMR. TIPS/DMR ARE PAID DAILY VIA A CARD PROVIDED.
