Project Design and Planning
- Consult with team and stakeholders to provide innovative and functional designs for renovation projects.
- Create concepts and schematic designs using CAD and design software.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate design phases, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
Project Management
- Coordinate with outside design consultants for required construction documents.
- Consult with municipalities as required for entitlement and permit approval.
- Review design documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
- Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for design initiatives.
Team and Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate communication between design teams, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Support team collaboration and resolve design-related challenges.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and approvals.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

How you will shine:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing design or architectural projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
- Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Smartsheet).
- AutoCAD certification or equivalent preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- LEED accreditation or similar design-related certification is a plus.
