POSITION DESCRIPTION: BIC is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Video Content & Digital Media Producer to lead the development of professional video and multimedia content across our brands and platforms.

This role is heavily focused on video production, editing, and digital content creation, including filming onsite interviews, industry events, podcasts, promotional videos, social media clips, and branded storytelling content. The ideal candidate is comfortable behind the camera, in the editing suite, and managing content distribution across social and web platforms.

In addition to strong video capabilities, this person should have a working knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media best practices to help maximize audience engagement and brand growth.

ESSTIONAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for:
    • Social media platforms
    • Websites and landing pages
    • Podcasts and interviews
    • Industry events and conferences
    • Marketing campaigns and promotions
    • Corporate storytelling and brand awareness
  • Operate DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, and related production equipment.
  • Edit raw footage into polished final content including:
    • Color correction and grading
    • Audio enhancement and sound mixing
    • Motion graphics and animations
    • Captions, transitions, and formatting for social platforms
  • Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
  • Capture professional photography and behind-the-scenes media when needed.

Digital Content & Marketing Support

  • Publish and manage video content across websites, YouTube, social media, and CMS platforms.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives including content campaigns, email marketing assets, and branded media.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, editorial, and sales teams to create engaging multimedia campaigns.
  • Maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms and media.
  • Track content performance and help optimize engagement strategies.
  • Stay current with video trends, AI tools, platform updates, and emerging content formats.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or digital media.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Video editing
    • Social media content
    • Motion graphics
    • Storytelling and branded content
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Premiere Pro
    • After Effects
    • Photoshop
    • Audition
  • Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony A7 series preferred).
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio capture.
  • Experience creating content specifically for social media engagement and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with executives, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Experience uploading and managing content within CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar systems.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience covering live events, conferences, or industrial environments.
  • Drone videography experience (FAA certification is a plus).
  • Knowledge of podcast production and livestreaming workflows.
  • Experience with graphic design, thumbnails, and digital advertising creative.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools including ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Photoshop AI, and emerging media technologies.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, YouTube optimization, and digital analytics.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or industrial media is a plus.
