Position Overview

We are seeking exceptional Senior Consultant and Manager-level Project Managers to lead complex, high-impact client engagements across our ERP implementation, enterprise data analytics (EDA), and business intelligence (BI) practices. This role demands a versatile professional who can seamlessly navigate both agile and waterfall methodologies while providing strategic PMO advisory services. The ideal candidate combines deep technical project delivery expertise with the consulting acumen to drive organizational changes and build lasting client relationships.

Key Client Delivery Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ERP implementations from selection strategy through post-go-live stabilization
  • Direct enterprise data analytics and BI projects including data warehouse development, analytics platform implementations, and self-service reporting solutions
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource models, and governance frameworks tailored to client environments and delivery methodologies
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and scope adherence
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively while managing dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Deliver executive-level status reporting with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Transformation Management Office Advisory Services
  • Design and implement PMO/CMO frameworks, governance structures, and standardized delivery methodologies for client organizations
  • Coach and mentor company and client teams on project management best practices, including both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Establish program-level metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for portfolio visibility and decision-making
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new project management practices and tools
  • Facilitate executive workshops on program governance, portfolio optimization, and delivery excellence
Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Project Management (PMP, PgMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe certification, or related experience is a plus
  • Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or technology-specific credentials (e.g., ERP certifications) are a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
  • Hands‑on ERP implementation experience across all project lifecycles
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise data analytics projects, including data warehouse development, ETL/ELT processes, analytics platform implementations, or modern data stack deployments
  • Experience with project management tools, including but not limited to MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
