Purpose of the job

The Senior Manager of Data & Platform is responsible for leading the strategic design, integration, and operational intelligence of the organization's Business Intelligence and data platform ecosystem. This role drives enterprise BI platform success by overseeing the full data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation (ETL), modeling, and reporting. The Senior Manager ensures scalable, reliable, and high-performing data solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

This leader owns and governs enterprise BI platforms, including Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and AI-enabled analytics tools. This role is accountable for platform performance, adoption, and modernization, while providing insights and recommendations to leadership on platform health, usage, and strategic investments. This leader manages data engineers, analysts, and technical leads, drives Snowflake integration and ETL development, and enables self-service analytics capabilities while maintaining strong data governance and integrity.
