Summary
A versatile and detail-oriented Power Platform professional to manage governance, analytics, application development, and automation across the organization. This role combines Power BI governance, data analysis, Power Apps development, and workflow automation to deliver secure, efficient, and user-centric business solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Power BI Governance
  • Define and enforce roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks for Power BI usage
  • Develop and maintain data access policies aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Establish and uphold standards for data quality, security, and consistency
  • Conduct regular audits of Power BI usage, reports, and datasets
  • Ensure compliance with data regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of governance processes and standards
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to promote best practices among users
  • Provide accessible resources, guidelines, and documentation for stakeholders
  • Act as a point of contact for governance-related queries and support

Power BI Data Analysis
  • Identify and connect to relevant data sources across the organization
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis using Power Query and DAX
  • Integrate and model data from multiple sources for unified reporting
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports
  • Apply best practices in data visualization for clarity and usability
  • Monitor report performance and analyze user engagement metrics
  • Gather user feedback and implement improvements to reporting solutions

Power Apps Development
  • Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps

Educational background / Work experience

For this position, the expected base pay range is $90,000 - $97,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
