Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support reporting and analysis for partner stores, helping turn data into clear insights that inform business decisions. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate closely with key stakeholders and contribute to high-impact analytical work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reporting and analysis for partner stores, ensuring data is organized and actionable.
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring manager, stores excellence leadership, and global partners stakeholders.
  • Support data validation, cleaning, and ongoing analysis to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to BI-related workflows and assist with connecting data to other tools where needed.

Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or data analytics.
  • Bachelor s degree required, with the right experience considered more important than formal education alone.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with BI tools, with Tableau or Sigma preferred.
