PRO BEV is seeking a Beverage System Service Technician to join our growing team in Largo, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to build specialized expertise servicing commercial draft beer and beverage dispensing systems for restaurants, bars, stadiums, entertainment venues, and other commercial customers throughout the region.

Whether your background is in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, appliance repair, commercial maintenance, food service equipment, facilities maintenance, or another skilled trade, this role offers the opportunity to apply your mechanical abilities while learning a highly specialized and in-demand skill set.

No beverage industry experience is required. We hire for mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and a strong work ethic. We'll provide the training needed to help you become an expert.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. You'll work independently in the field, diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and helping customers keep their beverage systems operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial beverage dispensing equipment

  • Diagnose refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, flow-control, and system performance issues

  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled system cleanings

  • Install and commission beverage dispensing equipment

  • Optimize equipment performance and beverage quality

  • Educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance recommendations

  • Complete service documentation using mobile technology

  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence at all job sites

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills

  • Experience servicing, repairing, maintaining, or installing mechanical equipment

  • Background in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, appliance repair, commercial maintenance, food equipment service, or related trades preferred

  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
