Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools is often required, along with any necessary food and beverage handling certifications. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable demeanor set top performers apart. These abilities ensure efficient service, customer satisfaction, and smooth operations on the golf course or event venue.
