Part-Time Beverage Cart Attendant

Rock Manor Golf Course, located in Wilmington, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirms the beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course
  • Stocks and cleans the beverage cart throughout the day
  • Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management
  • Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner
  • Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the course
  • Responds to customer questions regarding general information about the facility
  • Reviews schedules for changes, calendar of events, and club activities daily
  • Maintains accountability for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, be high volume
  • Utilizes the point-of-sale system (POS) and creates daily sales reports
  • Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and the Chef
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
  • Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance
  • Must be 21 or older to apply
