Job description

Established regional healthcare provider is seeking a BC/BE Family Med Physician to join their busy team in Salem, OR.
Highlights:

  • Outpatient practice
  • Full-time, permanent
  • BC/BE
  • 4.5-day work week; option to go to a 4-day work week once partner
  • Partnership opportunity after one year
  • No obstetrics/No hospital work
  • Minimal call responsibility; 2-3 days of after-hours phone calls monthly
  • EPIC EMR, inhouse support staff
  • Primary care physicians have the support of a 24/7 Hospitalist program
  • Internal medicine physicians can expect to see 25-30 patients a day
  • Excellent benefit package for physician and family
  • $275K base salary

  • Clinic is a 90+ provider multi-specialty medical group practice. We offer a comprehensive benefit package and a competitive income guarantee, with rapid incorporation into the physician production compensation formula.
  • Percentage of call varies slightly by department, but all ratios are excellent. Group is in a single hospital town.
