Located near the city's majestic Point State Park where the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers meet to form the Ohio River, our Pittsburgh office opened in 2023 and provides a variety of real estate, corporate, and litigation counsel to clients.
Our corporate team has experience in advising local and national clients on middle-market transactional matters, securities real estate, and business tax. Our litigators have experience in bet-the-company issues, arbitration, general commercial work, intellectual property and trade secrets, real estate litigation, warranty, and creditors' rights issues. The office also includes commercial real estate practice and a strong private client practice with experience in estate and nonprofit issues, including estate planning, tax, and litigation. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills as well as your first-rate analytical skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Admitted, and in good standing, to the Pennsylvania Bar; or willing to waive-in
