Job Purpose

BWH Hotels corporate offices are hiring a Launch Property Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing the remote sales ramp-up and activation efforts for a portfolio of newly onboarding properties. The primary goal of this role is to ensure a successful and timely sales ramp-up for each new activation property by providing direct sales engagement, strategic consulting, and coordinated pre- and post-activation support.This position partners closely with Brand Marketing, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to prepare each property to join the brand effectively. The Launch Property Sales Manager will guide new properties through sales readiness, implement activation best practices, and ensure alignment with brand standards and revenue optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute the remote sales activation and ramp-up process for newly activating properties.
  • Conduct pre-activation and post-activation consulting, ensuring each property is fully prepared for brand integration.
  • Lead direct sales efforts during the ramp-up period, including prospecting, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities across all applicable market segments.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Marketing, and Revenue Management to ensure cross-functional alignment and maximize property launch performance.
  • Create and implement property-specific sales activation plans, including competitive set analysis and SWOT assessments.
  • Utilize revenue management tools and insights to ensure the property is positioned to optimize revenue opportunities at launch.
  • Provide ongoing updates, reporting, and performance summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Leverage AI tools, industry data, and insights to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize sales revenue strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with property leadership, supporting teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term success for each new activation.

Preferred Experience and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales experience; multi-property or regional sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in property openings, conversions, or brand onboarding is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, sales, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong skills in presentation, communication, and sales strategy development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and create structure in emerging sales environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and deep understanding of competitive landscapes and industry trends.

Work Schedule/Location/Pay

  • You must reside in Arizona for this role.

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This hybrid model fosters intentional collaboration, teamwork, connection, and productivity, while still providing flexibility and work life balance. The office address is 20400 N 29th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.

Other Requirements

  • Up to 15% to property visits and company sales meetings.
