To thrive as a General Laborer, you need physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and basic knowledge of safety procedures, usually with a high school diploma or equivalent. These skills ensure efficient work, safe environments, and successful collaboration on job sites.

What are under the table jobs?

'Under the table' jobs are informal employment arrangements where workers are paid in cash and their income is not reported to tax authorities. These jobs typically do not offer official contracts, benefits, or legal protections and are common in sectors like housekeeping, childcare, construction, or manual labor. While they might offer quick income and flexibility, working under the table can be risky since there is no legal recourse if you are not paid, and it may be illegal to avoid reporting income. Additionally, not reporting this income can result in penalties from tax authorities.
