Job description

A manufacturer of mechanical medical products is seeking an Industrial Electrician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing controls on various automated robotic production machinery (as well as SOME mechanical repairs). Controls include PLC's, VFD's, and sensors. This role has a mix of maintenance and repairs, with 70% of the repairs being on controls and 30% being mechanical, on the robotics machines themselves.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of PLC troubleshooting/repair experience
- Experience repairing sensors & VFDs also a plus
- Able to complete entire shifts without sitting if needed
Preferred:
- Manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry on automated machinery(5+ years is best)
- Trade school degree/certificate
