Role Description The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Columbus, OH. - Basic knowledge of residential construction or roofing systems, with the ability to learn product features and installation standards.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Comfort working in the field, including roof inspections, outdoor conditions, and local travel within the Columbus, OH area.
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and CRM or sales tracking tools for estimates, documentation, and communication.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation aligned with a transparent, quality-focused company.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; prior experience in home improvement or roofing sales is preferred but not required.
