Minimum Qualifications

  • Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS or CPR/First Aid certification
  • Relevant nursing experience

    • Rubella
    • Mumps
  • Physical examination or Statement of Health completed within the past 12 months

Additional Requirements (Depending on Assignment)

  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification
  • PALS, ACLS, PEARS, and/or NRP certifications, as required by the facility
