Job description

Class A CDL Driver – Entry-Level Welcome

Tired of unpredictable miles and weak paychecks? We have open seats on a high-paying dedicated retail account for drivers who don't mind getting hands-on with their freight in exchange for top-tier weekly pay.

This is physical, hard-working regional labor, but the stackable unload pay and steady volume make it one of the best-paying lanes in the fleet.

Money & Earnings

  • Weekly Target: Most drivers average $1,300 to $1,700 gross per week.
  • Base CPM: $0.50 per mile on all miles.
  • Weekly Mileage: Steady 1,000 to 1,700 miles every week.
  • Freight Handling: 100% hand-unload retail dry van freight (stackable accessory pay builds up your total check quickly).
  • Benefits Package: Full corporate medical, dental, and vision health coverage, company-matching 401(k) active after 60 days, safety incentives, and 24/7 driver support.

Route & Schedule

  • Home Time: Home weekly for your 34-hour reset.
  • Shifts: Open operational windows, you need to be flexible to run both day and night turns.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Weekend dispatch is standard, but you usually get major calendar holidays off.

Who Qualifies

  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience Tiers:
    • Trainees: Accepted! Must have a valid Class A CDL (0 months experience fine).
    • Experienced: Need 6+ months OTR in the last year, OR 12 months in the last 5 years (local Class A time counts!).
  • Physical Needs: You must be able to handle full hand-unloads and safely lift 50–75 lbs. Requires passing a new DOT physical.
  • Background & Screening: Clean driving record (max 4 jobs in the past year, zero major preventable accidents in 5 years). Must pass a hair and urine drug screen.
  • Not SAP Friendly.
