Amber's Best Health and Wellness Psychological Center is currently seeking a dedicated and Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In our community health clinic setting, you will collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and have access to comprehensive administrative support. • Deliver psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families with diverse mental health needs.
• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, fostering their professional development within the field.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and external community resources to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment plans.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, documentation, and progress notes to comply with organizational standards as well as legal and ethical requirements.
• Stay updated on current research, advances in therapy methodologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help guide clients through their difficulties, employing therapeutic approaches that are rooted in evidence-based practices. Your contribution will significantly impact their mental wellness and overall quality of life.

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to support your practice.
• At least two years of professional mental health counseling experience.

• Experience supervising practicum students or interns.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their application in real-world settings.
• Skills in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
