JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you an outgoing and high-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments?

Firehouse Subs opening in Lethbridge in September!

We are recruiting for Team Members to join us in delivering the best subs and guest experience in the industry!

Firehouse Subs is a brand founded by two firefighters in 1994, and now has over 1,200 locations in the US and Canada. Our sandwiches are unique because we slice our meats fresh in-house daily, and our steaming process awakens the flavors of our premium meats and cheeses. With generous portions and craveable combinations, our subs are like nothing you've tasted before!

What you'll do:

• Greet and welcome guests ... it is your job to make them to smile :)

• Take orders and use a cash register

• Accept payments and provide change

• Prepare and serve hearty and flavorful subs

How you will do it:

• Accurately and with attention to detail - no one wants a sloppy or inaccurate sub!

• Friendly and outgoing - easily able to talk and interact with the guests and your team... a smile and eye contact go a long way!

• Quickly and with energy... no joke, the job is BUSY and you should enjoy the hustle!

Why us:

• We want you to join our team... we are not just a J.O.B, we are your 2nd family. That means we will have fun together, learn about each other, work in a diverse environment, you'll experience and learn new things, laugh together, cry together (hopefully not often, but we're here for you)

• We promote from within; those that work hard, motivate others and want to grow into a leadership role can do this

• We care about being the best, average is not good enough in everything we do. Who wants to work with an average employer, who wants to go to an average restaurant?

• Training and certification opportunities

• Recognition programs and annual service award bonuses

• Oh yeah, you'll get paid too - that's important

REQUIREMENTS
  • Top-notch customer service!
  • Goal-oriented
  • Sense of urgency
  • Cash-handling skills
  • Quick learner
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
