What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Evening Porter to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our clientโ€™s facility. The Evening Porterโ€™s responsibilities include keeping common areas clean and tidy, responding to guest requests promptly, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Our ideal candidate has experience in janitorial or custodial services and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Evening Porter Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Cleandesignated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms,etc.).
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners, cleaningreceptacles as needed.
  • Perform and document routine inspectionof assigned areas.
  • Stock andmaintainsupplyclosets.
  • Wearstheappropriatepersonalprotective equipment(PPE).
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Adheres tolocationappearance guidelines.
  • Timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Othertasks, as assigned by your supervisor.

Evening Porter Qualifications:

  • Previouscustodial or janitorial experience. (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. โ€“ โ€ฏWe Use E-Verify.
