Ready to jump into a new opportunity? ACCESSbank is hiring for a Loan Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare loan documentation for consumer loans ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage accuracy of boarding of loans assigned along with maintenance and updates of the Loan Accounting System.
  • Handle the paid loan management, releasing collateral and processing of paid loans.
  • Answer phone and email requests for payoff letters, releases, payments, advances and any other requests.
  • Manage adverse action/withdrawn files, which includes mailing out appropriate notices to applicant.
  • Assist Loan Operations Manager with special projects to support portfolio growth as assigned.
  • Model ACCESSbank core values daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, or related field, desired.
  • One to two years of experience in loan documentation preferred, but not required.
  • In depth experience and understanding of financial institution products and services, applicable laws and regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial & industrial, commercial real estate and consumer lending policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
  • Detail-oriented; well-organized; ability to successfully manage multiple priorities; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated/takes initiative.
  • Proficiency with typing
