JR112190 Senior Developer, Digital Experience

Position Purpose:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable web solutions across our digital experience platforms. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of modern development practices. Your work will directly impact how users engage with our services online.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning.

Solution Delivery

  • Lead the design and development of full stack applications.

  • Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.

  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Enforce architectural standards and development best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

  • Drive CI/CD automation and release management processes.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs.

  • Continuously improve development workflows and system performance.

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Seven (7+) years of experience in full stack development, including system integrations.

  • Experience with cloud architecture, web services, and enterprise application design.

  • Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with e-commerce Shopify platform is preferred.

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this position is $85,321.60 to $106,641.60 with a maximum of $127,982.40.

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
