Medical Doctors Only Apply. A Geriatrics Physician practice is seeking a qualified physician for TX. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. A bilingual geriatric medical director is needed in Houston to treat geriatric patients. The facility is hiring an additional physician to support the growing patient census. This position will be responsible for managing providers 1-on-1s, evaluating provider performance, being involved in the hiring/firing process/implementation, and monitoring the performance of improvement plans. Budget management and value based care/managed care experience is a huge plus. You will see 20 outpatients per day on average, all more than the age of 65 and the average age of 72. You will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm and phone call is shared among the group. Applicants must be board certified and have more than 2 years of experience managing physicians.

This partnership-track position offers a competitive salary. You will also receive malpractice insurance, medical benefits, vacation/holidays, life insurance/disability, CME, a retirement package, and relocation assistance.
