[Responsibilities] - Apply and update standards and work instructions to support production and tooling operations. - Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, precedence networks, and performance metrics. - Integrate modular tooling solutions and provide data-driven support for production planning decisions. - Create accurate factory definitions and labor hour estimates for production and tooling work packages. - Monitor and support the development of master production schedules, including crew, capacity, and tooling flow. - Analyze business needs, forecast resource requirements, and optimize resource utilization plans. - Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Assess and update plans for unplanned changes affecting cost, schedule, and resources. - Support negotiations on production schedules and changes to statements of work. - Develop and maintain shop operating plans and key performance metrics to achieve cost, schedule, and delivery objectives.
