Job description

Location: Berean Baptist Church โ€“ Burnsville, MN

Schedule: 16-20 hours per week (Part Time)

Reports to: Facilities Team Lead



Job Summary:

Do you want to be part of a high functioning team responsible for event management and general maintenance? Are you looking for an opportunity that offers flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule? Then the Berean Facilities Team may be the opportunity you have been looking for. This job will see you meeting the needs of Berean initiatives and supporting our ministries by executing the facilitation of events, utilizing facilities equipment to achieve team objectives, and leveraging your aptitude for hands on facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn Berean processes and software to successfully prepare for events
  • Collaboratively work alongside departments with special events requests
  • Perform cleaning and general maintenance to ensure rooms are ready as needed
  • Work in partnership with other team members to ensure communication and the achievement of team goals
  • Leverage a flexible schedule that will allow you to find a work-life healthy balance
