Multi-tasking and organizational skills also a must. Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 40lbs.

Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial embroidery machines.
• Load and hoop garments accurately for stitching.
• Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts.
• Thread needles and program machine settings as required.
• Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments).
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
