Job Description

  • Our client is looking for a member services specialist.
  • They will be taking about 60 phone calls a day.
  • As this is a new client a good portion of the calls are insurance members calling to verify their insurance and to understand what benefits they have now that they do not have their previous coverage.
  • Some other phone calls can be to verify network, find a clinic/audiologist.
  • They may be asked to transfer to the inbound team to see if they can actually schedule them an appointment at said clinic.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED required (Verified as part of compliance)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (If coming from a retail environment I'd like to see a progression in the role)
  • 2+ years of contact center experience preferable in a healthcare environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
