Job description

Located just minutes away from all of the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends or your next family vacation. We are looking for an individual to work as a Valet/Bellman for our front services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Open hotel/casino main doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
  • Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors.
  • Welcome guests and visitors with appropriate greetings of the day.
  • Able to communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
  • Tag guest vehicle keys with date & time, make/model and guest name.
  • Able to effectively park and retrieve guests cars without causing damage to the vehicle.
  • Able to provide guests with information regarding property facilities, amenities, services, hours of operation.
  • Able to provide guests with direction and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Ensure all guest's valet experience are memorable, unique and as per the hotel's standards.
  • Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor or manager.
  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas, portico and behind the valet stand.
  • Responsible to report any security or safety problems, safety hazards and potential security problems to the supervisors.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. 6 months minimum requirement in a similar job. Working hours may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Normal work schedules may vary based on business needs. Position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. Position may require overtime.
