Job description

Gardens of Belden Village is now Belden Village Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 99-bed facility providing long-term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and memory care.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Activity Assistant to organize and participate in person-specific activity programming, including one to one interventions, small group facilitation and large group presentations and to assist the Activity Director as needed.

Qualifications for Activities Assistant

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in activities department in a health care setting or equivalent
  • Responsibility of communicating to residents the daily activities, helping transport residents to activities, doing daily documentation and helping with miscellaneous duties that the Activity Director brings forth.
  • Experience with residents in a health care setting in an activity nature, is a plus.
