Location: Various locations across Alberta Behavioral Health Technicians assist in the care and treatment of patients with mental health issues. They provide support and implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily activities and therapeutic interventions.

Monitor patient behavior and report changes to the clinical team. Support the implementation of treatment plans and group therapy sessions. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Document patient progress and interactions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require a degree in a related field. Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred.
