As a Senior Data Science Engineer, you'll join a high-impact team solving some of the most complex analytical challenges in sports and entertainment. You'll work closely with machine learning engineers to develop new product capabilities and uncover insights from massive datasets using our advanced infrastructure. In this role, you'll apply advanced analytics and machine learning to create innovative solutions that drive business outcomes and shape the future of our products.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end modeling projects to improve customer engagement and retention, from ideation to production deployment.
  • Build, test, and optimize machine learning models to forecast user behavior, personalize promotions, and enhance Casino product engagement.
  • Partner with engineers, analysts, product managers, and marketers to translate insights into scalable solutions embedded within customer-facing systems.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and share modeling and engineering best practices across the team.
  • Clearly communicate findings and the impact of your models to stakeholders to influence product and marketing strategy.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Proven experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling to solve real-world business problems, ideally in marketing or customer lifecycle contexts.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (or R) and experience working with large datasets using SQL and distributed computing platforms.
  • Ability to independently structure and execute data science projects and deliver business value through production-ready models.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 120,800.00 USD - 151,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
