Description

Summary:

Supports the production and delivery of key sales and performance metrics driving revenue and sales growth within the Private Bank. Works with the leadership of the Business Management and Strategy office to produce and deliver comprehensive reporting. Retrieve data for the Private Bank utilizing information and data across all enterprise systems and platforms. Works closely with team members and leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Compensation plan support & execution
  • Performance scorecard support & execution
  • Project and meeting execution including Area reviews, Region Reviews, Talent Assessment, etc.
  • Business and performance report production

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office products (required)
  • Tableau or Business Intelligence tool experience
  • Ability to learn and develop technical skills independently and through peers
  • Ability to complete tasks with moderate to limited supervision (required)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills (required)
  • Ability to interpret and explain data findings and communicate data driven stories
