  • Full-time: $83,000 annually ($40/hour) + full benefits
  • Part-time: $42-$45/hour, flexible schedule (minimum 3 days per week) Start Date: Immediate

  • (Full-Time Only) Assist in overseeing the autism program at the outpatient center, working with youth (ages 0-21, primarily middle to high school students).

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis and crisis intervention.
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
  • Strong background in de-escalation, crisis management, and working with individuals in acute distress.
  • Must be comfortable handling physical aggression and restraints when necessary.
