If so, we'd love to have you join our team.Radiant Health is seeking a dedicated Addiction Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient mental health and substance use treatment to individuals on their recovery journey. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced clinician, you'll be part of a collaborative team committed to making a lasting impact in our community.What You'll DoAs an Addiction Therapist, you'll provide comprehensive clinical services to a diverse client population while helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed for lasting recovery. Responsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic updates.Develop individualized treatment plans and DMHA safety plans.Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.Deliver crisis intervention and support when necessary.Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills.Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.Complete mental status examinations and differential diagnoses.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate quality client care.Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.Work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and significant life challenges.If you're looking for a career where your clinical skills can make a real difference, we encourage you to apply today.
