Position Overview
- Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist
- Location: 3162 Acworth Forest Dr NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144
- Salary: Ranges from $39,520 to $52,000 annually (hourly), based on experience in applied behavior analysis.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, with a guaranteed 30 hours per week.

We are a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence seeking both aspiring RBTs and seasoned behavior therapists to join our team in Acworth, Georgia. Our dedicated therapists assist children with autism in reaching their fullest potential through our center-focused ABA program in the metro Atlanta area.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) maintain low billable hour requirements and manageable caseloads, ensuring our RBTs receive competitive compensation and ongoing training. All therapists typically achieve RBT certification within 2-4 weeks of joining our organization. As an RBT, you will deliver individualized therapy based on the principles of applied behavior analysis to children with autism, primarily in a clinic setting.
Daily Responsibilities
- Implement treatment objectives and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Behavior Analysts.
- Collect data throughout the day, adapting teaching methods to suit each child's learning style.
- Provide engaging one-on-one therapy to children with autism.
- Offer feedback on client progress to a Case Supervisor.
- Document summaries regarding interactions and progress with each child.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or higher, with a desire to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis.
- A basic understanding of technology, including iPads and Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to be coached and serve as a role model for young children.
- Physical capability to respond quickly, walk, jog, or run short distances, stand for at least 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds.
