Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that prioritizes supportive relationships, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings
