Their primary role is to provide direct therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help clients learn new skills and reduce problem behaviors. Building rapport with clients and maintaining open communication with families and team members are also vital strategies for overcoming obstacles and ensuring effective therapy sessions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Behavior Technician (RBT), and why are they important?
