Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Expert knowledge of web technologies especially JavaScript, HTML / CSS
• Experience with back-end logic, PHP, JAVA, Ruby, C++, .NET
• Expert knowledge of REST API Architectures, XML / JSON / AJAX.
• Working experience with MVC patterns
• Knowledge of Bower and/or Grunt tools.
• Experience working with LESS and/or SASS
• Stay current with emerging technologies and techniques
• Stay current with rapidly changing web standards
• Experienced in dealing with diverse browsers and platforms.
• Creative toolset expertise (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail - functionally, technically and creatively.
• Experience with version control (SVN or GIT).
• Experience developing solutions for complex and unusual technology challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works closely with other developers to help ensure technical integration and the meeting of requirements for joint projects.
• Maintain open lines of communication relating to the status of a given projects and its risks and challenges
• Collaborates with team members to implement the best use of code.
• The ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
• Encourage team awareness and appropriate adoption of emerging technologies

• Basic animation, video and design knowledge
• Flash experience in animation, ActionScript 2.0 or 3.0
Education and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as an Associate Interactive Developer in an agency environment is preferred.
• Practical understanding of software development methodologies.
• Strong Javascript/HTML/CSS development knowledge will be necessary.
• Strong team player who will develop team relationships that foster both learning and excellence.
• Flash experience with ActionScript 2.0 and/or ActionScript 3.0.
• Basic animation, video and design knowledge.
• Beginner level knowledge of code repository systems (I.e SVN / Git)
• Creative toolset knowledge and expertise (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Quick technical thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
• Object orientated design experience is preferred.
• Experience in Flash development methodologies (component implementation, etc.)
and quality assurance is preferred.
